Судові рішення можуть містити велику кількість корисної інформації. Починаючи від нерухомості або іншого майна, до відомостей про контрагентів, співробітників або продукцію, що виробляється. Крім того, судові рішення можуть допомогти виявити якісь проблемні питання, пов'язані з компанією.\n\n**Правоохоронні органи.** Тут мета та сама, що й з судами. Тобто отримати якісь додаткові відомості та інформацію, що характеризує компанію або її власників. Але історію взаємодії компанії з правоохоронними органами виявити, зазвичай, трохи складніше. Якщо, звичайно, немає можливості дізнатися на пряму в тих самих органах. Тому таку інформацію доведеться збирати із непрямих джерел. Наприклад із тих самих рішень судів. Точніше не тільки це, бо корупційні зв'язки це теж важлива характеристика компанії. Нас більше має цікавити сам факт участі у подібних заходах, бо це може дати купу додаткової інформації. Щоб розібрати всі нюанси із цим пов'язані, потрібно писати окрему статтю, і то можна не вкластися. Але якщо в цілому, потрібно дивитися на те, як проходив цей процес. По-перше все це дає чітке розуміння про сферу діяльності компанії та виготовляємої продукції. Існують ще моменти. Наприклад, якщо компанія постійно бере участь і виграє тендери, які проводить якась конкретну установа, то очевидно, що є якийсь зв'язок з цією установою, і швидше за все з її керівництвом. І цей зв'язок варто пошукати. Також можлива протилежна ситуація. Компанія 50 разів брала участь у тендерах і жодного разу не перемогла. Можливо, вони просто роблять щось не так. Але є ймовірність, що ми вивчаємо компанію, яка використовується як підставна, щоб у тендері перемагав потрібний учасник. Відповідно, нам треба розширювати коло потенційних об'єктів вивчення.\n\n## Пошук документів компанії\n\nНаступний напрямок нашої роботи, який прямо випливає з попереднього, це документація компанії. А це саме собою вже напрямок для подальшого вивчення.\n\nКрім самого факту реєстрації бренду, не менш важливо відстежити його продажі. Якщо в якійсь країні щось продається, воно має туди якось потрапляти. Тут є два очевидні варіанти:\n1. Воно там виробляється. Це означає, що десь є виробництво, яке ми можемо знайти і зібрати всю супутню інформацію: офіси, співробітники, податки і таке інше.\n2. Воно туди завозиться. Тоді є сенс спробувати відстежити маршрут з місця виробництва до місця реалізації.\n\nТут ще важливо не забувати, що пробувати відстежувати можна як готову продукцію, так і сировину чи компоненти з яких її виробляють. А потім шукати у цих країнах відповідних виробників.\n\n## Фінансова інформація\nФінансова інформація це, по суті, цифрове відображення результатів роботи компанії. Якщо загалом, то вивчаючи ці цифри можна зробити висновок про масштаби діяльності підприємства. Тут треба бути обережним, тому що можна в якийсь момент з осінтера мутувати в бухгалтера. При цьому не здобувши якихось цікавих результатів.\n\nАле є зворотний бік. Відомий принцип \"follow the money\" ніхто не скасовував. І хоча його розуміння набагато ширше, ніж просто звітність компанії, але ця звітність може стати гарною відправною точкою для застосування цього підходу. Як це використовувати, це тема для окремої статті, і я якось її напишу. Але загалом, для розуміння процесу, вивчаючи фінансову активність підприємства ми бачимо хто у нього інвестував, тобто вкладав гроші, а відповідно має якийсь інтерес, а може й вплив. Бачимо, куди сама компанія витрачає гроші. Можливо вкладаючи в інші компанії або у свій розвиток. Можливо купується нерухомість. А може, гроші йдуть в офшори або обналюються через конвертаційні центри.\n\nПринцип \"follow the money\" працює, тому що гроші не можуть просто так безцільно блукати туди-сюди. В якийсь момент вони знайдуть свого кінцевого споживача, який витратить їх на якісь свої цілі. After [being released](https://www.dw.com/ru/kritikovavsij-putina-bloger-ila-remeslo-vysel-iz-psihbolnicy/a-76839521) from the hospital, Remeslo continued to criticize Putin, the so-called “special military operation,” and everything connected to it, even giving a lengthy interview to [Ksenia Sobchak](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlc7y1aYT2I) and [Echo of Moscow](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aoa1fsl9M00).\n\nHowever, our article is not about another case of people working for the Kremlin changing their position, but rather about how the former Kremlin propagandist and lawyer is also connected to the Tuapse oil refinery that we mentioned at the very beginning.\nThe fact is that during 2013–2014, Ilya Remeslo was directly involved in a case concerning embezzlement in the reconstruction project of LLC “RN-Tuapse Oil Refinery.” This is how things often turn out with “patriots” in Russia. So, let us go through the events step by step and in chronological order.\n\nBack in 2007, Rosneft officially [announced](https://portnews.ru/news/23916/) an investment project and plans for reconstruction, declaring its intention to invest around $2 billion and begin construction in the third quarter of 2007. In 2009, large-scale construction and installation work effectively began, including the construction of the ELOU-AVT-12 crude oil primary processing unit, while in 2011–2013 the key facilities of the first phase were [commissioned](https://www.rosneft.ru/press/releases/item/22672/).\nOne of the main contractors for this project was KMUS-2 - one of the largest enterprises in southern Russia in the field of construction and reconstruction of fuel and energy infrastructure facilities, trunk pipelines, and chemical production facilities. The company had been involved in the reconstruction project of LLC “RN-Tuapse Oil Refinery” commissioned by Rosneft since 2011. According to information published on the company’s [website](https://web.archive.org/web/20190225104632/http:/www.kmus2.ru/content.php?id=11), “KMUS-2” replaced heat exchanger units, furnaces, overpass structures, and storage tanks at the refinery with a total capacity exceeding 120,000 cubic meters.\n\nAt approximately the same time, specifically on October 21, 2009 - [LLC “Master-Torg”](https://companies.rbc.ru/id/1097847296040-ooo-master-torg/?ysclid=mp2gtiytfi15475857) (Taxpayer ID: 7814449817) was registered in Saint Petersburg at Rimsky-Korsakov Avenue, Building 33, Block K, Letter A, Apartment Premises 1N. Its sole founder was Stanislav Sergeyevich Ovchinnikov (Taxpayer ID: 781900440800). In turn, the suppliers of inventory and materials for LLC “Master-Torg” were LLC “Estetika” and LLC “Stroytorg,” while the cargo carrier was LLC “BTK Partner.”\n\nContract No. 14-09 between KMUS-2 and LLC “Master-Torg” was signed on October 20, 2011, for the supply of cable products and electrical equipment for the installation of a pipeline electric heating system at the “Tuapse Oil Refinery” facility in the city of Tuapse, Krasnodar Krai. According to this decision, KMUS-2 was held liable under Paragraph 1 of Article 122, and Articles 123 and 126 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The company was fined a total of 46,104,537 rubles, ordered to pay tax arrears totaling 198,789,380 rubles, and charged penalties amounting to 63,644,025 rubles. According to expert conclusion No. EBP-1-557/2016 dated March 29, 2016, Remeslo’s actual signature did not match the signature appearing on the primary documentation. The documents of LLC “Master-Torg” — including invoices, VAT invoices, and appendices to the contract — which had been accepted and processed by KMUS-2, were signed by another person rather than Remeslo himself. shown on a map to illustrate the geographic distribution of aviation incidents over the reporting period.\n\n**In total, the document records 24 incidents. Flights were frequently conducted outside standard routes, alongside routine checks of aircraft systems and crew performance.\n\nFor Russia’s state (combat and special-purpose) aviation, the document lists several categories of missions: special flights, inspection and control sorties, crew training, zone flying, and emergency services (EMERCOM) operations. **A significant proportion of recorded incidents occurred during so-called “special flights.”**\n\nIn Russian military usage, the term “special flight” is often a broad designation that can include combat sorties, strike missions, patrol operations, the transport of personnel and armaments, and missions conducted in or near active combat zones. In practice, this means that many of the recorded incidents took place during operational activity rather than routine training.\n\n**While a single document is not sufficient to assess the overall condition of Russia’s aviation fleet, it does provide a useful snapshot of the types of issues occurring in real-world operations.
