Moroz Sergey Vladimirovich, call sign “Arktika” born on November 26, 1985 - Lieutenant colonel, commander of a group of anti-aircraft missile divisions of the 24th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade (military unit 79222). Commander of military unit 79222-2 (Divnogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia).

The lieutenant colonel’s background includes not only participation in the war in Ukraine, but also combat experience in Syria, as well as involvement in one of the Caucasus conflicts at the beginning of his military career.

He took part in the full-scale invasion. He was deployed to the war on 5 December 2022 as part of the 24th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade (Military Unit 79222) and remained there until April 2023. The unit under his command carried out missions in Luhansk Oblast, which Moroz himself reported to Russian propagandists. The specialization of the unit was air defense.
