On November 22, 2023, occupation authorities held a meeting with farmers in Novotroitske, Kherson region. The meeting focused on “Problems of Organizing Agricultural Production in the Kherson Region.”
Our analysis of the event’s video footage enabled us to identify individuals who spoke on behalf of the occupation administration. These individuals are linked to the occupation authorities’ activities in the region, including the seizure of Ukrainian farmers’ property and the transportation of Ukrainian grain to Russia.
International organizations have also recently published a report highlighting the possibility of a new International Criminal Court arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin, this time in connection with alleged war crimes involving the large-scale removal of Ukrainian grain and the use of starvation as a method of warfare.
