Vladislav Tyulpanov is a young Russian public and political figure, the son of a well-known politician.

Son of the former senator Vadim Albertovich Tyulpanov, a member of United Russia from the Chechen Republic.

He spent his childhood in the circles of Russian politicians, officials, and businessmen.

• In 2022, Vladislav joined the Youth Parliament under the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg on the quota of United Russia.
• From 2022 to 2024, he was in a public relationship with Yekaterina Sambuka (known as a porn actress and model). The couple planned to get married but later separated.
• In 2025, he became a member of the United Russia party from the Chechen Republic.

He is engaged in charity work and has delivered humanitarian aid to the zone of the “Special Military Operation” (SVO).

On social media, he displays a wealthy lifestyle (expensive cars, real estate).

She was a close associate of his father, Vadim Tyulpanov (they worked together in St. Petersburg when she was the governor and he was the chairman of the Legislative Assembly; later both worked in the Federation Council).
After his father’s death, Vladislav publicly refers to himself as her godson and includes this in his self-presentation. According to some of his statements, Matviyenko asked not to emphasize this detail in the public space.
